Do you ever do doughboys or doughgobs? It is a good way to use up dough fast, and everybody seems to love them. Just fry the flattened dough in about 1/2 inch of oil and sprinkle with sugar (we like granulated) or cinnamon sugar, or even just butter and jelly.
