Color my world...

This is a whole-cloth quilt top tie-dyed by my cousin, Grant. I quilted it up for him and hope to get it out in the mail, by morning. These are called "bull's eyes"- for obvious reasons, but they also remind me of an eyeball- the iris, anyway. My favorite parts are where the colors collide. Sweet!

The quilting on that piece is fabulous! So is the tie-dying! What a great collaboration!

The quilting on this is just extraordinary!!! The tie-dye takes me back to my early teen years.

Grant is going to flip, isn't he?! This is spectacular! Your machine quilting is perfect!!!

What does he use for his dyeing...the fabric, I mean? It takes the dye just fabulously, doesn't it!

Do you have one for yourself?

Hugs to you!!!

Almost looks like fireworks going off in the sky.
Looks wonderful! The quilting is great too. Did you quilt this on a standard-machine? Would be a big tug!
