Feedsack baby...

This is the baby blanket I made. Didn't it turn out sweet? I had saved back some of the fabric that I used for their wedding quilt and planned to use it for a baby quilt. So... that's what I did. My nephew and his wife are expecting their first baby at the end of the summer. A little boy named Isaac. The wedding quilt was a yellow brick road. This pattern I got from Evelyn Sloppy's 40 Fabulous Quick Cut Quilts. I seem to use that book alot. Have a great week!

what a wonderful momento -- using the dame fabric in both the wedding quilt and the baby quilt is a wonderfully thoughtful idea.

Good job! And a very good idea to save fabric from the wedding quilt for a baby quilt. Never gave a thought to that before.

What a terrific idea using the same fabric as the wedding quilt - here in the UK we use the top tier from the wedding cake to have re-iced and used for a christening cake and I cut up my wedding dress and used it for christening outfits for all three of mine

Yes, indeed, you are a clever lady to save the fabric from the wedding quilt for a baby quilt. Such a cute pattern. It turned out charming.

Good to hear your friend Donna is doing okay.
