Request for Prayer...
I'm sure many of you have heard of the mine explosion in West Virginia. My Grandfather was a West Virginia coal miner and when something like this happens, it is more upsetting to the families and communities than you can understand. We were heartbroken to hear this evening that there had been a mistake in the press release and that there had been 13 lost and only one found alive. I am still not sure if that is correct information, but I do know that there are so many families that could use your prayers during this tragic time.

They definately have been in my prayers. My uncle died in a mine accident in Kellog, ID, when I was very little. My Aunt couldn't even watch the news yesterday. And what a terrible emotional rollercoaster. So sad.
Our family is holding everyone in our hearts and in our prayers that was directly hurt in this accident and those who are suffering past pain.
Some pain, no matter how long ago it happened, never leaves us.

I couldn't stop thinking about the men and their families, my father is from South Wales a mining community, here on the islands the community is very much closer than in the city areas and hearing the anguish of families on the radio news, so I can imagine the pain, answers are needed,
