Lindsay's quilt...

This is the quilt that I made for our friend, Lindsay. She just graduated from the nursing program. The fabrics are all batiks and the pattern is from the "Stack a New Deck" book.

I have finsihed several projects here lately. Kinda makes up for getting nothing else done!

Love the quilt. I may have to get that book. I'm sure Lindsay loves her quilt. Congratulations to her for completing the nursing program and to you for making her such a wonderful gift!

whew, have caught up with what you have been doing the last few months...I so enjoyed your post on counting the everyday blessings-I know exactly what you mean-so despite your wonderful list-it's nice to know how much you take joy in your life-and not just getting caught up on those list tasks. I always enjoy all the family photos...and the great quilts you either make or work on!

The quilt is beautifuL! I was counting hands from those who helped and I got 5 hands. Someone is missing a hand! ROFL

Oooh...that turned out so well. Love the colors and the pattern. I'm sure she will treasure it.

Let's hear it for getting things done! Speaking of which -- I need to do some of that myself

Yeah, someone is missing a hand but they are all missing feet...I'm getting a little punchy...time for bed. Lovely quilts, nines.

Yeah - you're home! Did you have a good trip? Can't wait to see you in a week!!!!! I've got your quilt quilted - just got to do that silly binding. UGH! Am waiting for another piece of our birthday present to arrive in the mail. Hmmmm - what could it be?

Talk to you soon! Call me if you want! Do I need to buy you a phone card for your b-day?

Love you!
