Cool Dude...
My friend, Annalee, made this quilt for her husband- you knew it was for a man, didn't you? This is her second quilt and I think she did a lovely job. I love her blocks and the diagonal colors. Way cool. I was happy to quilt it for her. Now all I need to do is get it back in the mail to her. I am so postally challenged. It's in a box, now all I need to do is write her a short note and tape 'er up and drive one mile to the post office... see? it gets complicated.
The snow they predicted has come and is still coming. Good news- I had to cancel a dental appointment. (Just a new crown- $1000 for one tooth.) Yeesh. I'll be happy to stay in and work on the laundry. Maybe get the binding done on a couple quilts or maybe start something new... Hey it is a new year.

Oooh! I like! And I love your quilting...it's perfect!

Stay warm and safe in your storm. One hit us yesterday and it is frigid again here today. -15. Brrr.

Love and warm hugs to you, Nines!

What happened to your orangey background? But I do like the blue better - of course!

I have been trying to recover my sewing table/desk from a month and a half of having junk piled on it. Everytime I have cleaned the house since before Thanksgiving, all the junk gets piled on my sewing table. Not fun to have to go through!

Waiting for the snow/sleet/rain to arrive this afternoon! Stay warm and safe! Love you!

That is a very masculine looking quilt. I like the color combo.
Crowns cost a fortune. My dentist says it is because of the cost of gold that keeps skyrocketing.

Finally finding time to catch my breath and wish you a wonderful 2010. Can't wait to see what you have been up to and how everyone is. I have to agree, this quilt is pretty cool.
