#1

#2
#1 or #2??

I feel like I'm at the optomotrist's.  #1 or #2?  1 or 2.  And honestly, I can't tell the difference between one and two.  Of course, here I can tell the difference in how they look, I just can't tell the difference in my preference for Jacob and Mary's quilt.. If I make #2, I need to make another large leaf- which is no biggee as it only takes about ten minutes to make one. So that's not a consideration.  #1 has cleaner lines, but #2 looks a little more interesting... The leaves stand out as leaves more in #1...  The leaves look more like they're tumbling in #2... But #1 looks like the leaves are falling...They're both ok. And I'm sure they'll like either.  They're both easy to please.  I'm leaning towards #1... I think.  ugh.

This is a tough call. To me #1 is more restful and #2 has more energy. I like them both.....a lot..... I don't know how you're going to choose!!!!

Number 1, it's soothing and orderly. Yeah, I like that sort of thing. But Number 2 is very pretty too, you can't go wrong with either layout!

I vote for number 1 too!

I have been thinking about you a lot today as I have been plugging along on these free-hand baptist fans. I am exactly half-way done with the 100x100" quilt. Need to finish it tomorrow so a friend can quilt a top of hers on Saturday.

Remember that friend of yours that just dwells on a item she wants to find and then she usually comes across it pretty quickly at a garage sale? I had such an experience this week. We have a girl's weekend at the beach planned for the end of September and I need to pay my portion in about a week - so I have been stressing over that. Yesterday a lady called and wanted to bring me a queen sized quilt to do for her - so that got me about half way there. Then today two more people called and are bringing me quilts tomorrow. For the very first time - I have a waiting list! As usual - God takes care of me!

Love you and miss you!

Either way you go, it is going to be a lovely quilt. I like #2 better, because it has more energy, and I am more partial to medallion type quilts than straight sets.

Both are stunning but I think I would go for #1 - not sure why, just pure personal preference - gorgeous either way though :)
